Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Noumenon Partners LLC (“Noumenon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use noumenon.pro (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
1.1. Information you give us. If you use the contact form on the Site, we collect the name, email, and message you submit (and optional company, phone, and interest). If you email us at hello@noumenon.pro, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. If we offer scheduling through a provider such as Cal.com in the future, that booking form will collect the details you submit there. If you use a client login in the future, we will collect the credentials and account details needed to operate it.
1.2. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We may also collect basic, aggregated analytics about site usage — pages viewed, approximate location, device type — using privacy-respecting measurement provided by our hosting or analytics tooling. We do not use advertising trackers.
1.3. Cookies and local storage. The Site itself is intentionally light on cookies. Embedded third-party tools (if we re-enable a scheduling widget such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies or use local storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to: schedule and deliver consultations; respond to inquiries; prepare proposals and, where an engagement follows, perform our services; operate, secure, and improve the Site; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
3. No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-party processors
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the business, including:
4.1. Email delivery — Resend processes contact-form submissions so we can reply fromhello@noumenon.pro; our mailbox provider also processes messages you send us directly.
4.2. Hosting and infrastructure — our website hosting and content-delivery providers process server logs and aggregate usage data.
4.3. Scheduling (when enabled) — if we offer online booking, Cal.com (or a similar provider) will process booking details you submit.
4.4. Payments — when an engagement involves online payment, third-party payment processors (for example Stripe) handle your payment details directly; we do not store card numbers.
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, and we may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the life of the business relationship plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes — and then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
7.1. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights may arise under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
7.2. To exercise any of these rights — including requesting access to or deletion of your data — email us athello@noumenon.pro. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States (and wherever our service providers operate). By using the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
